Generix Global Investment limited was incorporated in 2002, but did not start active business until 2009.

The directors of the company are Pharmacists who were already owners of distribution outlets, who came together to form a new company. To date, these distribution outlets are still very much in business, and are part of the channels used for distribution by Generix Global Ltd.

The company has medical representatives all over Nigeria. Generix Global limited has entered an alliance as the sole agent, with popular pharmaceuticals limited of Bangladesh, to bring quality products from their state of the art factory to Nigeria. The factory, already inspected by NAFDAC officials, is of European standards.
